This was the best fried chicken I've ever had. Just keep walking past Wendy's and share a dish with two people if you like chicken. Every dish I got was brand new to me and I can't wait to try more. Don't worry if you know nothing about the menu bc they will guide you through it! If you're sure outside, there is a fence that blocks the sun while it's setting if you don't have sunscreen but it doesn't block views from other tables. There is plenty of parking off the road behind the restaurant. They also have two tvs and a projector inside with the ac making it nice on this 80+ day.

very nice people and very good food. highly recommend the spicy garlic wings. we also got fried corn, fish and chips, beef nachos, chicken pops, oyakodon, chicken tikka masala, and chicken dog.

People are great but the food is quite bland, not sure who they are targeting. Fried chicken? Not at all what I would hope from Himalayan food. The soup was good, and had good flavor. The collards were good.

Wonderful restaurant cannot believe it has been open for over 7 months and we just tried it. Super flavorful and tasty, we got the curry with paneer, fried chicken (and the accompanying potatoes were mind blowing) and the vegetarian chow fun with tofu. A wonderful new Carrboro gem. Has so many wonderful options for vegetarians. And the folks working there were so welcoming and helpful.

The food at this new secret gem of a restaurant in Carborro is fantastic. The Himalayan chicken is so perfectly crispy and the flavor is comforting yet unique. The roasted potatoes that accompany it are perfectly seasoned with a blend reminiscent of many Indian dishes. Cumin and coriander, if I had to guess. So delicious! My son has the chicken curry, which came as a very healthy portion, and he ate the entire thing! The (owner?) was so gracious, and I love the charm of the decor, from the flags of the different countries, to the Tibetan prayer flags. All in all, a great experience, and we will certainly be back soon!
